Colodur and Coating

Colodur is a UV stable, single component, protective, decorative, polyurethane resin top-coat that can be transparent or pigmented in any RAL colour through the addition of pigment pastes. It has numerous uses within the Krypton systems for both indoor and outdoor applications. A non-solvented version, Colodur-Eco, may be preferred for indoor application, where UV stability is not required and there is no sitting water.

Colodur is supplied in a gloss finish as standard but may be made matt by the addition of a matting agent.

Coatings

It is used on top of the Impermax basic system as an extra layer for added durability and as a form of adhesion for a decorative or anti-slip coating such as quartz sand or coloured granules. Alternatively, an anti-slip additive can be supplied that mixes in with the Colodur to make a single-application non-slip topcoat.

Flooring- Colodur's exceptional strength means it is the ideal protective layer to go on top of Pavifloor and Pavidur in flooring applications

Acquatics- Being UV stable, Colodur provides as extra layer of durability on top of the Impermax in fresh water pools.
