Pavifoor - Coloured Polyurethane Resin Flooring

A self levelling coloured polyurethane resin. This solvent free rapid cure 2 component product offers a strong resilient flooring resin. Pavifloor is to be applied at a thickness between 2-8mm, and is highly resistant to hospital disinfectants, acids and oil materials.

Pavifloor has immense strength/resistance, designed to withstand up to 30% elongation and a high degree of pressure strain. Pavifloor is compatible over Impermax waterproof membrane & Colodur top coat can be applied to give a waterproof system for e.g. top floor of car parks.

To be combined with PU or Humidity Primer along with Colodur or Pavidur used to lay the final top floor coating, plus when combined with Colodur, Pavifloor is protected from UV discolouration.

Pavifloor cures after 8-20 hours reaching the fully cure stage at 48hours at an average room temperature of 20°C. The final flooring topcoat of either Colodur or Pavidur is suitable for heavy pedestrian traffic at 24 hours cure time, with total hardiness achieved after 7-15 days, dependent upon the average room temperature. Applied up to 4Kg/m²

Paviflex - Flexible Polyurethane Resin Flooring

An extremely tough, solvent free, flexible, self levelling coloured polyurethane resin. Paviflex is a 2 component resin system, with a solvent free structure, designed to provide a rapid curing, waterproof flooring option.

Suitable to be combined with Primers, Paviflex creates a resilient flooring film, supported with a hardwearing top coat of either Colodur or Pavidur.

To be applied at a minimum 1.3 Kg/m² up to a thickness between 2-8mm. Paviflex gives heavy duty elongation support at 100% and 80% hardness resilience.

Paviflex is the perfect flooring product, which can be utilised in various applications:

• Corridors
• Offices
• Restaurant
• Hospital rooms
• Commercial areas etc

With a self levelling system Paviflex dry's between 8- 48 hours at an average room temperature of 20°C. After only 24 hours Paviflex is suitable for pedestrian traffic, reaching a full curability after 7-15 days.

Pavidur - Self Levelling PU Resin Floor Coating

With outstanding mechanical and physical properties Pavidur is a single component, self levelling, PU resin, providing the basic top coat flooring product. Pavidur is rapid curing enabling fast floor re-coating designed to withstand resistance to pressured abrasions.

As a top coating pressure & abrasion flooring product Pavidur can be pigmented with any RAL colour providing definitive top floor coverage, with rigid protection against chemical agents offering a cost effective approach.

Pavidur can be used within a variety of settings including; industrial or commercial buildings, indoor tennis courts and general flooring.

Applied at a weight of 0.5Kg/m², at temperature exceeding 10°

However Pavidur is not suitable for applications or flooring areas liable to heavy duty impact strain and is not designed to be used in outdoor flooring areas as strong UV rays cause discolouration.

Rubber Flooring - Rubber Crumb Binder

A single component, polyurethane moisture curing resin. Rubber crumb binder is made up of strong rubber granules, each offering very high elasticity with heavy viscose binding qualities.

Rubber crumb binder is ideal for sports grounds & children's play areas amongst other flooring surfaces, providing an excellent shock absorbent system, which can be developed in a range of colours, moulded to any shape.
